This summer Localista is teaming up with the Centennial College Culinary Arts program to offer an experiential course for students interested in food entrepreneurship.
Localista and Centennial College are collaborating to create and execute amazing menus offering FeastOn-certified, locally-sourced lunches to the Centennial College community every Monday to Friday from May to September.
Students will work with chef-instructors and Localista to learn hands-on how a food truck business operates. Localist receives all the diverse and energetic input from aspiring young chefs-in-the-making.
Our shedule and locations will be posted soon, so stay tuned — and stay hungry!
