Tamara Chaikin

Tamara Chaikin is a veteran professional of the food industry. She spent nearly twenty years in Asia where she opened and managed the Dirty Duck Diner, one of Bali’s first “western concept” restaurants. It's where she learned to love street food for its simplicity, accessibility and outstanding flavour. Tamara has always believed in supporting the region's farmers and using fresh local ingredients to create international flavours. It's not fusion, it's farmers feeding cities!

Abbas Khan

Chef Abbas Khan has been professionally cooking diverse dishes from around the globe for almost twenty years. A professionally trained chef, he apprenticed in Germany, Italy, France and Turkey. Tired of the restrictions in fine dining establishments, Abbas is excited to prepare quality food for the streets, where he can work with seasonal ingredients and actually watch people take that first bite!
